Sale of Intellectual Properties

As of today at 1:00 pm we have elected to sell off all intellectual properties for any and all websites/brands which are not Monster Contractor. It has been brought to our attention that we are not allowed to market in trade specific categories for which we do not carry a specialty license. Even if the rest of the online community does not meet that same standard, as a Licensed & Insured Contractor in the State of California we have to hold ourselves to a higher standard.

The following will no longer be owned by Key West Holdings Inc. DBA Monster Contractor

The Sell of these Assets will be complete by April 15th due to the time required to transfer custody.

Thank you,

Construction Industry

Construction is a high hazard industry that comprises a wide range of activities involving construction, alteration, and/or repair. Examples include residential construction, bridge erection, roadway paving, excavations, demolitions, and large scale painting jobs. Construction workers engage in many activities that may expose them to serious hazards, such as falling from rooftops, unguarded machinery, being struck by heavy construction equipment, electrocutions, silica dust, and asbestos.

Contracting Methods

Construction Contracting Methods:

The County utilizes the following methods of contracting for construction. Except as noted below, all current construction bid opportunities will be posted on this website.

  1. Design, Bid, Build. These are also known as formally bid projects. The County either designs or contracts for the design of a project, prepares plans, specifications and estimate, then advertises the project for bid, receives sealed bids, and awards a contract for construction to the lowest responsive responsible bidder.
