As of today at 1:00 pm we have elected to sell off all intellectual properties for any and all websites/brands which are not Monster Contractor. It has been brought to our attention that we are not allowed to market in trade specific categories for which we do not carry a specialty license. Even if the rest of the online community does not meet that same standard, as a Licensed & Insured Contractor in the State of California we have to hold ourselves to a higher standard.

The Sell of these Assets will be complete by April 15th due to the time required to transfer custody.
